My Sweet Spot

A new beginning

is

The end of a chapter

that

shaped and reshaped

formed and reformed

Through blessings and mishaps

paths and traps

Which I stumbled upon

Time after Time

yet

Placed at a pace to keep going

is where I found myself

Clearing off the dust

that

Took up space on my shelf

Because I need that place

now

To display my joys

beliefs

talents

dreams

So I am standing on my tip toes

to

Reach the top

And reserve that space

for

My Sweet Spot.
